Becoming a member of TST Membership of The Survivors Trust (TST) is open to voluntary sector organisations that provide specialist support for victims and survivors of sexual violence of any form. Our unique approach welcomes organisations working with adults, children and young people of all genders, and offering any combination of services. Membership of The Survivors Trust has many benefits including: Representation at national level Individual Support and advice Promotion through our website Access to specialist forums, meetings and workshops Bi-monthly member's newsletter The opportunity to be accredited through our National Service Standards Discounts on our training courses and workshops Membership Categories: Full Membership is available to registered charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs) which are based and operate in the United Kingdom or Ireland and: whose sole purpose is to work with victims/survivors of rape, sexual violence, sexual exploitation and/or childhood sexual abuse; and agree as a member organisation to act to further the purposes of The Survivors Trust and the sector, including by sharing data and other information with The Survivors Trust. Associate Membership is available to organisations which are based and operate in the United Kingdom or Ireland and: are specialist voluntary sector organisations whose main purpose is to work with victims/survivors of rape, sexual violence, sexual exploitation and/or childhood sexual abuse within a wider client group (with a minimum of 60% of their clients falling into this category); and agree as a member organisation to act to further the purposes of The Survivors Trust and the sector, including by sharing data and other information with The Survivors Trust. Guest Membership is available to organisations which are based and operate in the United Kingdom or Ireland and: are statutory, voluntary or community sector service providers whose main purpose is to work with victims/survivors of rape, sexual violence, sexual exploitation and/or childhood sexual abuse within a wider client group (with a minimum of 60% of their clients falling into this category, or a lesser percentage at the discretion of the TST Board of Trustees); and agree as a member organisation to act to further the purposes of The Survivors Trust and the sector, including by sharing data and other information with The Survivors Trust. As a membership organisation we will consult our existing members about all new applications. They will be invited to give feedback about applicants and their suitability for TST membership. *All membership applications are subject to the approval of TST’s Board of Trustees who reserve the right to have final approval of membership applications. Corporate Sponsorship is available to businesses and corporate bodies interested in and supportive of our work. Membership is not open to individuals, to groups solely controlled, administered or managed by an individual or to independent sector trading or corporate bodies (e.g. self-employed therapists or group clinical practices established as a for-profit business).
