First Step is a registered charity that provides a range of free, independent and highly confidential support services to adult male survivors (16 years and over) of sexual abuse. We offer a safe, welcoming environment where you will be treated with respect and will not be judged in any way.

Services offered:

We offer telephone support, weekly one-to-one counselling (initially for a 6 month period) or one-to-one emotional support.  We are also available to offer support to partners, friends or relatives of someone who has been raped or sexually abused.

Services for:

Any male over 16 years (living in Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland) who has suffered sexual abuse. We also offer support to partners which includes friends or relatives.
