The Survivors Trust Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service Manager Training Programme has been developed by leading professionals within the field of service provision for victims-survivors of sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. It has been developed with advice and input from the ISVA Leads for Rape Crisis England and Wales and a range of specialist sexual violence support services.

The ISVA Service Manager Programme has been specifically designed to equip participants to meet the requirements, demands and challenges of managing an effective ISVA service working with victims and survivors of all forms of sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. Students will gain clear knowledge and understanding of the operational and legal requirements necessary for establishing a robust ISVA service and supporting ISVAs in their front-line roles.

Students will have access to on-going support from the TST Training Team throughout this training experience with one to one tutorials, email and telephone support.

The training course has been designed to allow students to focus on their studies over the two days of training away from work commitments and the day-to-day responsibilities of their Service Manager role.
