Over the extended Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend many of you will be relaxing in the garden or attending cake-filled street parties. However, a brave group from The Survivors Trust will instead be wading through pools of mud, scrambling under tunnels and clambering over cargo nets all in aid of charity.

Staff from The Survivors Trust are joining forces with their wonderful helpline volunteers and survivor forum members to take on the 10K Wolf Run Challenge to fundraise for the charity. Here at The Survivors Trust, we always admire the creative and wonderful ways our supporters fundraise, and we are excited to do our bit by conquering the Wolf Run. If you can, please show your support by donating via our Just Giving Page - The Survivors Trust Wolf Run - JustGiving

If you aren’t familiar with the challenge, click here to check out what we will be tackling.

The money raised will help The Survivors Trust continue working on behalf of survivors and the specialist sexual violence and abuse support services. Some of the work your donations will support include:

  • Helping to fund our Live Chat Service which provides free, confidential emotional support and information to people affected by sexual violence and abuse. It costs approximately £20 to run our Live Chat for an hour, so every donation makes a difference!
  • Allowing us to provide free training workshops to organisations which desperately need it. Recently we have been able to offer free training to groups working in Ukraine who needed information and guidance to help support individuals who have experienced sexual violence during the war.

The last few years have been incredibly challenging for survivors of sexual violence and abuse, and the services that support them. Between 2020 and 2021 calls to our helpline soared by 174%. Your support is needed now more than ever!

Thank you to everyone who has donate so far!
We'd love to reach our £3000 target, so if you are able to, please donate via our Just Giving Page The Survivors Trust Wolf Run - JustGiving
