One-to-one befriending support to survivors of sexual abuse Crisis Support Drop-in Services in Newark, Mansfield, Retford and Worksop on a weekly basis providing opportunity for survivors to meet with other survivors and share their experiences and anxieties. Craft/skills workshop combined with Drop In services Creative Therapy Groups Mentoring Services Literacy and numeracy are sessions aimed at small groups of 1 – 3 women to improve their literacy and numeracy skills in a safe, non-threatening environment. Training courses are also run for health workers, social workers, mental health professionals and other health professionals. Services for: S.H.E provides a variety of self-help based support for adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse over the age of 16. We also provide information to promote public education and awareness to the long term effects of sexual abuse and information to partners of survivors and information to male survivors.
